Virtual training is based on you as an individual. This isn’t just some workout/program put together that is sent out to everyone that decides to do it. Everything I designed for you based on what your training objectives are, what equipment you have at your disposal, what you can do well (with good form), and what you like to do. I taylor everything to you. For this reason I only work with up to 20 people at a time.
THE PROCESS
Weekly check-ins either via phone or video (whichever you prefer)
24/7 communication via texts.
I’m consistently viewing your completed workouts to see the poundages, reps, sets, and total volume you did so we can make sure your training stays progressive over time.
Send me videos of your form so I can critique it and potentially improve your exercise set-up and technique. It’s not bullseye or bust when it comes to your form but we are constantly trying to improve it to become more optimal when possible.
Nutritional and lifestyle guidance. Good examples for lifestyle are sleep quality and stress management. I help to try to eliminate any roadblocks preventing you from looking, moving, and feeling your best.
